Section 01Introduction

Welcome to k138. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and k138 ("k138", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the k138 website located at https://k138.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered thereon.

By creating an account, making a deposit, or accessing any portion of the k138 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms communicated separately, the promotional terms shall prevail with respect to that specific promotion only.

Section 03Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on k138, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. k138 strictly prohibits participation by persons under the age of 21. This is a non-negotiable requirement with no exceptions.
2. You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is expressly and comprehensively prohibited by law, and where your participation would expose you to criminal liability.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a k138 employee or associated gaming studio partner.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from k138 or had your account permanently closed for Terms violations.

Section 04Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes. k138 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of any information provided.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all bonus credits, and review of any winnings or balances.

4.2 KYC Identity Verification

k138 operates under mandatory KYC protocols consistent with international licensing standards. You must complete identity verification before your first withdrawal request will be processed. KYC documentation typically required includes:

• Proof of Identity: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo identification.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past 90 days showing your registered residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or documentation confirming ownership of the e-wallet, bank account, or payment instrument used to fund the Account (e.g., Maybank account statement, Touch 'n Go eWallet transaction history).

We recommend completing KYC verification immediately after registration to avoid delays when you are ready to withdraw. KYC review typically completes within one (1) business day of document submission.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. k138 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify k138 immediately via the live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text contact — not a clickable link).

Section 05Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

k138 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX Online Banking, Maybank, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

k138 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. However, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees — please check with your respective payment provider. Deposits made by third parties on behalf of a player are not permitted. All funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to: (a) completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) AML review where required. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 unless otherwise indicated. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.

For verified accounts, k138 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow channels during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule. k138 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds as part of its AML compliance obligations.

5.3 Currency

Accounts for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. k138 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.

Section 06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on k138 are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer. By claiming any bonus, you accept the terms applicable to that specific promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Each promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value independent of wagering requirements being met.
• k138 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the creation of multiple accounts, will be void and any resulting winnings forfeited.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover requirements) specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of RM100 subject to a 20x wagering requirement requires a total of RM2,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is achieved.

Not all games contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms. Sports betting contributions vary by market type.

6.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus is active and wagering requirements remain unmet, a maximum single-bet limit of MYR 250 applies per round, spin, or wager unless a lower limit is specified in the promotion's terms. Placement of bets exceeding this threshold during active bonus play may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided without further notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus credits and associated wagering requirements expire if not completed within the time window specified in the promotion. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting. Upon expiry, any remaining bonus credits and uncompleted wagering obligations are forfeited automatically.

Section 07Gameplay Rules

All games available on k138 are provided by independent licensed game studios and governed by their respective technical rules and RTP parameters. k138 acts as a distribution platform and does not directly control game mathematics or outcomes, which are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs).

In the event of a disconnection during live play, k138's system will attempt to complete the round based on the last confirmed bet state. Where technical failure prevents a fair outcome determination, the affected round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. k138 is not liable for losses arising from player-side connectivity issues.

For sports betting markets, all bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. In cases of event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, settlement rules vary by sport and are applied consistently as disclosed in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.

Section 08Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k138. Violation of any item in this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and permanent ban:

1. Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to play games, place bets, or interact with the Platform in any manner that does not constitute genuine manual play.
3. Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, live casino, or multiplayer game format.
4. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from known glitches are void and will be deducted from the account balance.
5. Systematic exploitation of bonus structures through coordinated play, including organised bonus abuse by groups operating from shared networks or devices.
6. Conducting money laundering activity or using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal sources. k138 maintains active AML monitoring and reports suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
7. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC, or any communication with k138 support.
8. Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or initiating unauthorised chargebacks through your payment provider.

Section 09Intellectual Property

All content on the k138 Platform, including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of k138 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of legitimate personal gaming. You must not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, modify, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of k138.

Section 10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, k138 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gambling funds or gaming winnings resulting from technical failure, connectivity issues, or system downtime.
• Decisions made by automated gaming systems, including RNG outcomes and sports betting settlement algorithms.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, or e-wallet operators.
• Loss or corruption of account data arising from events beyond k138's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information presented on the Platform.

k138's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit k138's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Section 11Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may request the closure of your k138 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be addressed and any outstanding withdrawal requests completed. Player Funds (excluding bonus credits) will be returned via your verified payment method following standard processing procedures.

11.2 Suspension or Termination by k138

k138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 08.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following request.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Account determined to belong to an ineligible person, including a minor.
• At k138's discretion, where continued account operation presents regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to the Platform.

In cases of account closure due to proven Terms violations, k138 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus credits and to withhold Player Funds pending investigation. Where no violation is confirmed following investigation, Player Funds will be returned.

Section 12Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which k138 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact k138's customer support team to seek resolution. k138 commits to reviewing all formal complaints within five (5) business days and providing a written response. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through internal escalation, the matter may be referred to the alternative dispute resolution service designated by k138's licensing authority.

Malaysian players acknowledge that local courts may not have jurisdiction over k138 or its operations, and that pursuing legal action through Malaysian courts may not be an available or effective remedy. Players are encouraged to raise disputes through the internal complaint process and, where available, the licensing authority's dispute mechanism.

Section 13Amendments to These Terms

k138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
